Add Aliyun Elasticsearch CBOR transport and CLI - #835

What changed

• Keep Base64 big-endian float32 JSON as the default query transport and add optional raw little-endian float32 CBOR queries.
• Carry Basic authentication on raw CBOR transport requests, report HTTP errors, and close the worker client.
• Add an aliyunelasticsearch CLI command, index-name configuration, environment overrides, and usage guidance for existing indexes.
• Add the cbor2 optional dependency, documentation, and focused CBOR authentication/CLI regression tests.

Why

Aliyun Elasticsearch supports a raw-f32 CBOR query path, but low-level transport requests need explicit authentication. The CLI also makes it possible to benchmark an existing index without changing its mapping or shard topology.

Validation

• The supplied patch reports 61 tests passed with Elasticsearch 8.16.0 / elastic-transport 8.17.1 and 61 tests passed with Elasticsearch 9.5.1 / elastic-transport 9.4.2; it also reports Ruff 0.12.12 and Black passed. These results were not independently rerun here.
• Local Python syntax compilation and git diff --check passed.
• No Elasticsearch performance rerun was performed.
